Anti-Corruption Policy

The nature of the company and its activities expose Golab to various risks, among others, ethical risks in the field of corruption and influence peddling, risks that, if materialized, would imply criminal liability for the company and those responsible of said acts.

Global Omnium It’s a responsible group of companies, promoter of an ethical culture and respect for the rules, and committed to the active prevention of illegal conduct. As a consequence of this, it has approved an Anti-Corruption Policy that facilitates and promotes compliance with the regulations applicable to the organization, and expressly prohibits any conduct associated with the risks whose prevention is the subject of this Policy.

This Policy, which must be assumed by all Golab members, as well as those personnel acting in the name or on behalf of Golab, sets out the principles and guidelines in relation to hospitality, courtesy and other courtesies, and behaviors , both the contracting and purchasing processes as well as the processes for submitting offers to tenders and contract renewals. Likewise, it indicates the ways to act in the event of potential conflicts of interest and in the event of any risk situation caused by a request for a possible conduct prohibited by this Policy.
